About Una Vision
Una Vision Childcare is a high-quality Spanish immersion early learning program committed to nurturing confident, capable, and culturally aware children. Through meaningful relationships, purposeful play, intentional teaching, and developmentally appropriate experiences, we help children build strong foundations for lifelong learning.
Spanish is naturally incorporated throughout each child’s day, supporting children as they develop the skills to become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural.

Meet Our Founder
Champagne Domingo
Champagne Domingo founded Una Vision Childcare in 2015 with a vision to create an early learning environment where children could receive high-quality education while developing Spanish language skills and a meaningful connection to culture. What began as a small childcare program has grown into a Keystone STAR 4 Spanish immersion early learning program serving children and families in Lancaster.
Champagne’s vision for Una Vision extends beyond teaching children a second language. She believes early childhood education should develop the whole child, academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and culturally and that children benefit when their language, culture, families, and individual development are valued as part of their education.
Under her leadership, Una Vision has continued to grow while remaining centered on its original purpose: providing children with high-quality early learning experiences that prepare them to become bilingual, biliterate, bicultural, confident, compassionate, and prepared for their next stage of learning. Champagne’s work has also expanded beyond the classroom through community partnerships, advocacy for high-quality early childhood education, and efforts to increase opportunities for children, families, educators, and the Lancaster community.
